The Villa
A fully furnished, fully detached three-bedroom villa on the western edge of Karsiyaka in Kyrenia District. Lemon, baby Asian orange and passion fruit grow in the garden, the Five Finger Mountains rise directly behind, and the Mediterranean is a ten-minute walk away down quiet village roads.
Built and furnished for the long, slow Mediterranean stay rather than the weekend. Your privacy is absolute. Three generous bedrooms sleep up to 6 adults comfortably, with 2.5 bathrooms so there is never a queue in the morning.

The outdoor seating area off the main living space is the heart of outdoor entertaining. A long table seats five in the shade, with the pool in front and the garden behind. Long lazy lunches and sunset drinks. This is where most of the holiday tends to happen.
A mature, carefully planted Mediterranean garden wraps the villa with lemon, baby Asian orange and passion fruit, plus Syrian oregano (zaatar), mint and rosemary in the herb beds. The kind of garden where you reach up for something for breakfast and down for something for dinner.
A private gate opens to a dedicated parking spot on the property. No street parking to worry about, no shared driveway, and the car is safely off the road for the whole stay.
The best view in the house. Mountains to the right, sea to the left, the Lapta coast stretched below. The right place for a morning coffee, an afternoon book, a cigar at dusk, or a glass of wine as the sun drops behind the ridge.

The master suite occupies the front of the upper floor: queen-size bed, generous wardrobe space, and wide windows opening onto the mountain ridge. A dedicated office chair and desk in the corner make it easy to take a call or get a few focused hours of remote work in without leaving the suite. Step straight onto the upper terrace for the morning sun.
